The sun shines again. I’m feeling better and I’m proud of a friend. She just declared to the whole world that she’s in love. What a brave thing to say! Way to go girl!
Work is easy today, my hair looks great and I have no fear. I’m not going to worry about anything today. Today I’ll enjoy being me. And I won’t panic if I’m told I’m not that bad. (Cause they’re not that bad either, and I can and will learn to deal with the fact that people have other things to do than to get me vulnerable just to get the change to put me down again.)
What ever the future brings, this moment, and many before, are making me happy. Singing in bars, hugging on street corners, having amazingly great dreams about nice things and not feeling sad about them being just dreams in the morning.
